Just an update...I should have gone to website online help, not use Telegram (I missed the first option).
Anyway got awesome support immediately and was run thru the setup and a playlist automatically uploaded to my TV for me, and I was up any running, viewing live streams in a heart beat (or two).
Works brilliantly!!!

I have to say, the support team were just fantastic.... and i am up and working on the trail. Really i know already i will be getting this service for a year... very cool thanks

If English football (yes, the real kind of football) is important for you, don't buy this. The only sport channels from UK is those from Eurosport.
Otherwise, it's a big fat chance that you will get happy.

Could you reach us to help you troubleshoot your connection to our server?
Service is Running 100% without any issues. (maybe it's your ISP if you are in UK and you need to activate a vpn first before connecting to Cinevisa)

That is correct, I do not use the same nick other places. But I reached out 20.09 to buy an account, but you guys sent me a trial account instead. That one expired 16:28 GMT+2 yesterday.
I have not stated any connection problems at all, just the fact that there were no UK sports channels except Eurosport. However, I had some connection problems, but that was on my end since my nephew was watching something else on his tablet.
Since you guys are not the first IPTV solution I have used, I had no need to ask the support anything. The UK sports packages are expensive and if they are not there in the first place, they will never come either (in my experience). I also have looked through the thread and one guy asked about Sky Sports F1 which is a part of the Sky Sports package, and it was not there when he asked 08.04.2019 and not there now.
For other usages than live sports, it's d*** good service, but as sports is the only thing I watch live, the service as it is now, has no use for me.

This sounds too good to be true. Does the $39.99 yearly price actually include channels like HBO, Showtime, etc, and the sports channels like NHL Center Ice? Or as I suspect those channels I just mentioned probably costs extra, as the $39.99 is just the "Basic" fee?
