this is totaly a shit service most of the time it is not up forever contacting tech support everytime you want to watch something it crashes what a joke of a service

For the "shit" service that crashes, I believe that's why we have users with us for 8 years trying other services and coming back :) any customer can reach us for the status monitoring page and it's 99,97% uptime the last 3 months on the VIP service. (by the way The link is mentioned in the footer of every email sent to subscribers so they can monitor the status daily when needed)
