I forgot to tell you yesterday, that this happenned yesterday too, and was the reason because I had to click again and again trying to download. Because everytime that I clicked on the "Get Access Now", I was redirected to this page and nothing was downloaded.

I tried also with another plugin today, thinking that the problem was only with the choosed plugin (Divi), but didn't work either. I choosed another one, clicked on it, and took me to the plugin download page. There, I clicked on the yellow button on the right (Get Access Now), and nothing happened. No downloads!!!

So... it looks like your site it still not working and is doing the same: taking me to that page and not downloading anything.

What should I do now???

I've been waiting for your answer, but as you didn't answer, I tried again today, but it was the same than yesterday and the day before: I couldn't download the plugin!

And like yesterday, I tried to download other plugins, but it doesn't work with any of them. Or it doesn't do anything, or takes me to the page with the error that I wrote you yesterday.

So... after 4 days since I paid, I still can't download anything and all I've done is wasting my time! This is really frustrating!!

Could you just send me an email so we can contact and you can send me the files via email? Because I really need the plugins now.

Today I tried again to download something but it was not possible either.

I thought maybe trying another browser might work, so I tried Opera, but it didn't download the plugin either. I thought it was going to be the same, but then I tried with another plugin, and IT WORKED!!! FINALLY!!!

I looked for another plugin to try, and it worked fine too!!

I have not been able to download the one I need and for which I was really interested in your offer, but I hope I can do it tomorrow, because I really need it.

I didn't do more downloads to test if it works with other plugins or not, because I had already made several attempts with the Divi, both in Chrome and in Opera, but will try tomorrow.

I must tell you that whenever I have pressed the Divi download button, in both browsers, it takes me to that page that I have already mentioned these days with the error message, so it may be a problem you have when downloading this plugin.

Well, I guess you haven't been able to reply over the weekend, but I hope you can tell me something tomorrow, ok?

it as due to bulk update we performed everything thing was fixed the same day hope everything is ok and working now for you ??
