Currently, I do not have any basis of experience that you deliver anything let alone clean files. Experience is the only basis where direct knowledge can be known, and the real basis to build trust - which so far has not been acheived.

Is your site not capable of delivering if I only buy one item?

(I'm sure you're OK otherwise others would probably be commenting - but I need first hand experience first. Some sellers on here are great for a while and then go completely off-grid and stop delivering, so it's only healthy to test first)

So I hope you don't mind the questions and my wanting to make sure everything is legit.

Sorry for the bad experiance i have made delivery manual due to security reasons which mean i approve each request mannually. so when ever you buy anything from the store just send me pm after purchase approve the request as purchase volume is low so i can do the manual work but as it grows i will make it automatic.

asper trust this is not my first bso i sell lot of service here i have 7 bso running on this forum you can check all of those and the feedback on each bso and ofcourse you cant make everyone happy. i am here since 2013 almost 6 years anyway i will just send you new coupon code to download your product again so that you can test drive once you are ok you can buy the full membership. hope it helps take care !

So is every package no api to get auto updates or does the lifetime package give us that just want to check as obviously if you have 100 clients and they all need theme update manually this can be quite time consuming

yes there is no api to get auto update we update every week on monday this is manual right now but definatly we will move to api based auto update once we have atleast some good number of clients. also working on wordpress community. hope it helps !
