I paid for the "Monthly Access Pass" almost 2 days ago. I coudn't download anything after payment, because it wasn't activated my account. Today was activated, but I can't download anything. I've been clicking on "Get Access Now" on the plugin that I want, but it doesn't download anything. I tried with another plugin, but it was the same... nothing downloaded!
And the worst thing is that after few times trying to download it, it comes a message saying this: "Sorry. You've hit the maximum number of downloads allowed for your All Access account. (10 per day)".
Excuse me???? I didn't download anything!! Not even one!!!

And the "Send Message" button doesn't work either. That's why I had to come here and write to you.
I spent more than 2 hours in your site trying to download a plugin, and after all that time, I didn't get anything!

H! moares sorry for the inconvenience Pls Clear all your chache and cookies from your browser and don't use anykind of download manager as system will prevent any download manager. Follow the process if it does not work again pls let me know thanks !

First of all... Thanks for your prompt response.

I'm not using any download manager, I just clicked on the plugin and when the page of the plugin open, I clicked on the "Get Access Now" button, as I think that is the way to download.
Also, I clicked on "My Account", and then on "View Details and Downloads". There, I clicked on "Click here to use your All Access Pass" and takes me to a page where I can see is the plugin that I want, but when I click on it or in the "Get Access Now" button, shows me that message.

pls wait for 24hr as your limit will be reset again after limit reset you will be able to download also dont click twice on download as every click on downloads counts just click once on download on any product you like and wait for few second and it will auto download Thanks !

Ok, I will wait, but there's something that you should fix on your site, because is not normal that once the payment is done, we have to wait so long (more than 48 hours since the payment) to be able to download because something is not working well on the site.
I must clarify that I have not clicked several times in a row, but after clicking and waiting a few minutes for it to download and see that it didn't download, I tried again, or as I said before, I clicked on "My Account" and "Purchase History", and tried again.
Therefore, it is true that I have clicked several times on the plugin to download it, but I did so because it was not downloading, and I could not find any information that would tell me what to do in case it didn't download.
I hope that tomorrow works everything as it should work.
