Guys,
The email message sent to you including how to backup the cPanel.
Inside it, you can find info of how to set the FTP - Filezilla setting.
To me, the cPanel File Manager is the best. If you are worrying of not able to see the hidden files via File Manager, you will know how to unlock the hidden files if you read all the message I sent in the hosting account information.

Secondly, as for Auto SSL, you do not need to do anything or manage anything, just wait patiently within few hours to few days until your primary/main domain is fully propagated on the server. The Auto SSL will be automatically assigned to all your domains and sub-domains.

You can also confirm the Auto SSL by installing a WordPress plugin namely as "simple SSL".
