On the left, under "Miscellaneous" menu, click "Edit options",
Check on "Notify me by email when I receive a new Private Message".
Point your mouse to "Messaging and Notification: Check on "Notify me by email when I receive a new Private Message".

We are providing just the hosting although we also trying to help by giving a guide to fix your issue other than the hosting issue.
Another thing is, we hope the client knows how to differentiate the hosting vs the installation of a script or index.html files which uploaded to the domain public_html.
If your uploading came out with a problem, please consult with your developer or seeking your friends help. Usually, check the .htacess and config file when you received a message with Internal Server Error and/or Database connection error.
Currently, the WordPress latest version is 5.2.2 but the Softaculous showing WordPress is 5.2.1. Therefore, kindly give sometimes before update your WordPress to the latest version or install a plugin.
