Please try to ask everything in relating to the hosting issue.
If your questions are on WordPress installation issue about install a WordPress plugins, please do a Google search to find a solution or recruits a Fiverr guy to solve your issue.

I would help if I know how to solve your WordPress issue. This because of not all WordPress plugins I know. There are thousands to millions of WordPress plugins.

Some users do not understand files that are on the public_html are belong to the primary domain.

At this location is your Primary domain/Main domain.

Primary domain is the domain used for creating a cPanel account.
When you added a domain, the addon domain will normally be seen on a separate location.



1) After subscribed, the first thing to do is change the PHP Version. We changed it to PHP 7.0 through MultiPHP Manager.

Then, we set the value on MultiPHP INI Editor.

So, after the above done, you will see the two files, user.ini and php.ini

If you want to restore from the backup of your website using WordPress backup like backupbuddy, duplicator, etc. make sure no other files or WordPress installed files on the domain. And also, here is the location you should upload the backup files.

2) Addon domains will usually appear on the left.

The server down was seen by you only.
We were still receiving the orders from members yesterday.

Note: I have PM or email replied to 1 or 2 users asking the same question.
However, when I asked back the question, your din bothers to reply.

Now, I ask the same question here again for everyone.

Step 1:
Next time, when asking a question to check whether a server down or no, just paste your domain you registered with us on here https://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/, if you can see the site, that means our server is up.

Step 2:
Restart your ISP Local network to change the IP. and login again.
If your local IP address not changed, proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Maybe your IP is blocked by our Firewall
To unblock, please provide your IPv4, use this site - https://whatismyipaddress.com/

Example:
My IP Address Is:
IPv6: 2001:e68:5442:341a:18a9:a9fc:f12e:ed96
IPv4: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

If you are unable to change the IP after restart your ISP local network, message us your current IPv4 and the primary domain.

Remarks:
For those who always login failed because unable to remember login credentials, please be careful because many login attempts failed will result in your IP blocked by the server firewall.

I received a message with a member said, he forgot to turn off the "CAPSLOCK", so, the IP was blocked. Then. I requested the IP from him and message to the server team to unblock. That's it!

Update: Please also consider other factors like local ISP network, computer infected with viruses, etc.
