You seem to say that every day. You said this last week and it's been a full week. Then you were done with your priority work. There's been about 6-7 of us openly asking you to restore our accounts. As of today Friday Dec 20, 2019, we are still waiting because the status of our accounts still says expired!!
Why can't you restore 3-4 accounts per day? Do you still have an issue with Payment or is it just time. Still can't get work done and we are beyond frustrated.
Should we believe you when you say you will be in touch later today or is this a Christmas hoax??? Most if the time when you've said that you have not come through so no sure if you just say that to buy time. Set our expectations so your responses don't come across as laughable. C'mon now - we need access now!
