waiting for update,Havent received response to my PM's. The account is still expired just after few days after buying. Its been over a week since the account is expired and i not resoled yet. Can u plz refund if this cant be resolved immediately. thanks
sandiz. I'm almost in the same predicament. I bought Convertri a week ago, 3 pms and no news. Last time Rushie was on line was on the 3rd of December though...Very disappointed.
I hope he's not sick though or nothing ill happened to him, that would explain the absence of response.37worried

I think your comments are unfair mate

i can't comment on Convertri in public but I will PM you an update regarding this.

I said I will sort page importer for you, you only recently sent me the details and I appreciate I could have sorted it for you quicker but bashing me in the forum thread isn't very helpful mate.

You make it sound like you paid a year upfront for Convertri and haven't been able to use it. Lets get the story straight you joined in Feb 2018 and have had full access for 22 months at a hugely discounted rate.

I'm sorry there has been some recent problems but this is completely out of my hands but I am dealing with it and your funnels are still up.

As for the GB's you joined on pCloud

i can see you joined 2 GB's in 2017 and 2 in 2018.

The 2 in 2017 were both Billy Gene ones which you said you still had access to and yes you did give me a link for that. If I didn't thank you for that I apologize, I lost 2TB on pCloud and i have been overwhelmed restoring everything since and I have been struggling to keep up since which is why I haven't been doing GB's recently.

I provided everything from those members area, you had absolutely everything and for a tiny fraction of the price. My records show you paid $67 + $52 for material which cost me over $6K which was fully delivered

As for the other 3 GB's lets set the record straight

1 was Ben Adkins Local Biz Bots, which was fully delivered in August 2018, no updates since then as Ben brings out a new course every week. 99% of people download or copy to there own account, you had 13 months to make your own copy and I'm sure you would have done that. Again that product cost me $500+ and you only paid $37

2nd one is Maps Liftoff Accelerate which I am very close to delivering updates for and I did respond to your last PM regarding that GB.

and the other one was Ben Adkins again Closers Cafe. This was on a monthly subscription as I have to pay $100 a month for access + I added tons of courses at my own expense to make it more valuable because Ben doesn't add too much to his Closers Cafe each month.

You cancelled the subscription to this GB in March 2019 after only 4 months without notifying me but you continued to have access to the GB folder and updates and new courses.

You sent me a PM in September 6 months after cancelling your subscription in Paypal asking for a new link for Closers Cafe as my pCloud went down.

You then asked me to give you another product for Closers Cafe going down even though you had cancelled the subscription to the GB 6 months earlier. That tells me you cancelled the GB and thought you could get it for free, then you try to get another product for free because the GB you weren't subscribed to wasn't available to you anymore.

And now your saying my customer service is bad because I didn't give you a free product when you cancelled 6 months before and you want compensation or refund for something you weren't paying for.

name me 1 website you can pay monthly for access, then cancel and then email them and ask for the content after you cancelled? Because that is ultimately the same what you are asking from me.

I probably wouldn't have minded doing it but there was only 5 people paying $10 a month for Closers Cafe, i was paying the other $50 a month and doing all the work on updates and adding other courses I was purchasing for free.

For the record you never thanked me for organizing these GB's and providing you massive discounts, you also didn't thank me for the 6 months free access you had to Closers Cafe either mate.

All you have done is give me a hard time for not giving you a refund to a GB you are not subscribed to as you cancelled the payment in Paypal and you expected me to upload a freebie for you that I bought and you had the chance to buy in the past but didn't for whatever reason.

I'm not having a go at you here but i am defending myself and putting things into perspective as you seem happy building a narrative that you have been hard done by me when if anything you have been trying to get things off me for free that you know you should be paying for and I have had a ton of stuff from me for a fraction of the price you should have paid for.

Don't demand gratitude when you aren't willing to be grateful yourself mate.

I have not been able to use the Convertri account that I paid a year upfront for anyway. The crazy thing is that it went down on the biggest shopping time of the year too. (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) Hard to believe that Convertri support would not fix these issues for their paying customers when it has been over one week.

The truth is that his customer service sucks. I bought 5 other courses from him with delivery on PCloud and they all got shut down. Rushie never followed up, never gave a partial refund or reuploaded the content I purchased. I even provided him with one of the courses that I had downloaded at his request and didn't even get a thank you reply for helping him out.

For the record, I don't believe he is a bad guy, but his customer service is absolutely horrible. #truth.

P.S. *I will remove this comment if requested by Rushie, but you have to resolve some of my customer service issues in return..like give me back at least one of the courses that I already paid for...It's only fair. I doubt he will respond anyway.

I can respect you defending yourself, but all I know is I do not have access to all the products I purchased from you and for the record, I did thank you by giving you my hard-earned money. That is how I show my gratitude.

Yes, I did cancel after 4 months, you are right - and since I did you a solid I didn't think you would have a problem returning the favor, that is why I asked. All you had to do was reply "NO"

You paid $500 for a reason Bro. You don't put these GB's together out the kindness of your heart. You do it to make money, so please, save it.

Name me a reputable business that takes people's money and doesn't update their subscribers as you have over the past week and then act like they are being treated unfairly by their customers because they are upset. GTFOH!

No hard feelings though. Like I said I can tell you are a good dude. I just think you need to step it up a bit. Please don't take it personally.

This will be my last post about this. I'm done going back and forth about this and begging you for updates. Good luck to you.
