My accounts still say expired
My Convertri account is expired... it was paid and renewed in November... Sent emails and skype messages... no answer...

There is a no delivery on a separate course via your website also.

I appreciate that it is best to deal with you via support ideally - but when no support channels get a response except a live thread on BBHF - it is very very frustrating.

Ignoring support requests and not delivering was a problem from a couple of years back... I hope this is not a recurrence of the challenges from the past.

When people have paid and got nothing delivered or things cancelled / expired through no fault of their own - then it is only natural that they deserve some form of response or explanation.

Admittedly we are not talking thousands here and it is not necessarily going to cripple any purchaser financially - but there is some expectation of some level of decency regarding a response or if it is beyond you to deliver or fix problems a refund for non-delivery would ethically be a welcome way to go.

No one can force anyone to respond or do the right thing. All one can do is do what is reasonable and live and learn from the experience. If resolving these things are outside your accessible control right now due to some life challenges or another I do truly hope your issues get resolved quicker rather than later. But if there are personal issues it is a suggestion to stop trying to sell what can't be delivered until you have things under control.

What's going on Rushie? This is not fair bro and you know it. I know you don't like me much but this is business. You should understand that.

We all deserve better communication than what you are providing. If you didn't want to answer your customer's requests in a timely manner, then why start this GB in the first place? If the roles were reversed I'm sure you would be frustrated and upset too. Just being real, please don't respond to this post with an emotional response. I would appreciate a PM or an accurate update on the ETA of the account that I paid for.
