Sorry I can't sell Agency accounts on sub-accounts which are very similar to Pro accounts

A quick question regarding privacy.
You state that the account will be private, but according to this video an agency account has access to the sub accounts.
I purchased believing that it would be private, but it is clear in the video that it isn't as they show how to switch to sub accounts.
Can you clarify please.
