Tested it and worked great, will be ordering more in future, as such i have olumide's all products and he goes out of the way to over deliver. Highly recommend this BSO!

Yes.
PayPal is available for all country but different country has its own limitations.
If you use another country PayPal account in your country, it will never follow the limitations of your country but the account will operate according to the country of its creation.
Question A and B will be solved since USA PayPal provide no or little limitation to the operate of its PayPal account.

Got the account few days ago. But I got busy with Eid Holidays.
The account is working perfectly. I used it for netflix and works without any problem. Got funds without any hold. Going to use it for Bing ads also.

Olumide gave me a review copy. I was so glad for choosing me for it.
The seller asked me first details whether I would like to use my own details or any details. And then created an account for me.
I accessed and checked it was complete account. And checked some work to verify. No holds.
Used the a/c to get verified by some sites I usually face problems in the past with those sites, but this a/c successfully passed the verification.
Here are my points to buy from this BSO creator:
* You can get he account with your own details or your given details.
* You get enough tips for security and safety.
* You can use this account for any verification to go with sites like Bing ads etc.
* You can use for transactions with no holds.
