Kindly state it that You need account with your own personal card added, but your bank keep decline paypal from charging your card, I have been patient with you enough to make up to 3 account which cost money in making and getting residential ip. And I added my own card to show you error isn't from my end. Explaining fully what happend will be better.

You selling a Paypal solution to people who can't get Paypal in their country.
One card, bank account, and not all.
If Paypal was working in my country I will not have bought an account from you.
You know the limitation it comes with unsupported countries.
