Well, i don't advise you to do so. One IP is okay for a bingads account.

You will have already created your bingads account, and i will provide PayPal account that you will link with it as billing address.
So you need only proxies(but if you are using VPN all depends on your method of creating bing before ) for bingads account. PayPal will be take care of by me.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I am really interested in this PP service u offer. :)

Since the PP accs u offer are verified, thus the credit card I added would have a different address from the verified address on my purchased PP acc as I am from China. Might I know if this would lead to any problem or acc limited?

there are different kind of CC card, there are some that are highly anonymous in such a way that the credit card can have different address with your bank, and it will still link with paypal with a different address. THIS IS THE KIND OF CARD THAT CAN WORK for withdrawing of money to card.
