Still that is not proof. That can be anyone from your list. Here is at least 5 people which cant connect PP and Bing and I'm SURE that I do everything what you said. And also I'm sure that other people follow all steps. And still no one can connect PP and Bing.

The Paypal account gets verified fine

The problem is when u try to connect that paypal account to bing ads

then you get the message that says it cant - so cant see how it has anything to do with entropay or the vcc

Im confused

Entropay works fine, can create a vcc, can verify paypal

The problem is connecting paypal to bing - why does it give the message

"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow."

Cant see why this has anything to do with Entropay - the problem is with paypal and bing

Its cuz entropays servers slow and when bing tries to verify the entropay vcc its not able.

Entropays mostly ok early morning est Monday-Friday. :)

How would Bing know that there is even a vcc - if its trying to connect with paypal.

Sorry for the questions - as i have read the same message for people who connect to other places using paypal and get the same message and they use a normal credit/debit card
