I already tried both with paypal account verified with entropay or neteller vcc.
all get stuck when linking bing account to pp account.
fyi, the last time when I stuck with pp verified by neteller, I contact them and ask why I cant verify my bing account with my pp. They said that they knew that my account wanna do a us-based transaction thus they blocked it. Since my neteller account is non us,, recharged with non us cc, same with entropay.
Dunno if that case also happen in entropay.
Will try again next Monday when holiday over,,
I'll be back here to inform the result.
They did linked my bing account with paypal account once, but that bing account was closed on their side and never got any impressions anyway... I think that this is busted, and we need some other way around...

Ok yeah each first campaigns reviewed manually and if approved the account obtains impression.
