Basically this is about getting bing ads coupons from hostgator and creating bing ads accounts with your real data, the course doesnt offer a real way to create unlimited accounts. You need a real credit card and use it on your pc with your ip addres for creating until 5 accounts, after that he suggest you to do the same with friends/family computers/credit card. No vpn, no proxy, no vcc supplier, nothing. The course worked on 2015 when bing ads wasnt strict but now its impossible, at least following this course.
