Is it just me who thinks that .flv files suck compared to mp4 format?

I had a really hard time with some of these videos,
so I converted them to mp4 format and they work much, much better for me.

Would anyone be interested in having me upload the videos that I converted to mp4?
Let me know and I'll do it for you guys.

Here you are - these are all the videos UP TO THIS POINT-the first 7 video trainings-
all in MP4 format!:

NOTE that there are 3 files total.
I had to break up the videos that way, because they're pretty big.
So the first 2 trainings are the first file.
The next 2 are in the 2nd file.
And the last 3 (5,6,7) are in the 3rd.
