not directly, but you can export content and import it anywhere you want.

Initially at least, I would like to use this as an autoposter for 3 Wordpress sites. I would hope not to have to mess with it much after initial set-up on the sites. Is that do-able with Argo?

Also, any way to auto publish to Blogger?

sure you have multiple ways to auto post posts (or pages) to wordpress.
you can either use auto generated (or scraped/spinned text) or use custom articles from a directory to post.
it cant directly post to blogger, however you can instead of posting directly to wordpress create a XML export file with all the posts, this file can be converted to be imported on blogger. so say you generate 100 posts, you will have them in a XML file which can be imported to wordpress. for blogger it needs to be converted but there are free tools that can easily do that i.e. https://wordpress-to-blogger-converter.appspot.com/
