it can do both. it can drip feed with a scheduler or it can queue articles for future posting on random dates up to several years in the future (or also in the past, so it looks like an older blog).

there is a simple htaccess cloaking option included, but other cloakers have to be purchases separately.

that depends on how many sites you build with argo content and how much links you scrape/post with the backlink bot. there are always variations so there is no fixed amount, it depends on a lot of factors.
however you can drive a lot of traffic with both tools together if you put some effort into it.

like i said i can't predict that, it depends on too many factors like how you promote the sites, what niche, the competition etc etc. every site is different and performance can't be predicted easily like saying ok i have 100 sites so it will give X amount of traffic, i'm just being honest :) nobody can tell you how much traffic you get before a site even exists. even with an existing site you can give estimates maybe and guess, but you can not predict the guaranteed daily traffic volume of a site, not even google. that being said, you can get lots of traffic with 100 sites for sure.
