there are different ways of content generation for example when you use one of the markov algorithms it will generate new text that is thematically identical. oh and btw squidoo has been discontinued a few months ago..
argo is not just getting articles and spinning them (although it can), it collects text via SERPS from different search engines and then the text is used as base to generate new content out of through diffrent algorithms (not just simply spinned). also argo is focussed on generating complete websites and wordpress blogs rather than just the content only.
there is currently no new update? last version was 1.9.4 and is already out since a few weeks :)
i cant say yet when the next update will be out, it will still take a while.
here is the changelog from the last update:
CHANGES IN VERSION 1.9.4:
- added new CPAlocker plugin (create content locker pages)
- added new ImageLink plugin (create html formated image list for cms_images.txt from a selected image directory)
- added new responsive html5 template "spatial" (mobile optimized)
- added new CSV option "keep CSV line order" to load data line by line without randomization (i.e. page 1 -> csv line 1 , page 2 -> csv line 2 ..)
- added new placeholder [[INTRLINK-PAGE-KW]] that creates a html link to a random internal page along with the proper main-keyword for that particular page.
- fixed time limit for scheduled timed posts which was a bug introduced in one of the last versions.
- fixed issue with [[SINGLE-SENTENCE]] placeholder where sometimes html code fragments were left inside the text that messed up the page html.
- adjusted inter- and external linking amount for S/M/L placeholders.
- updated auto spinning function and made it case insensitive, which greatly improoves synonymization!
- slight GUI changes
Just bought the software to build my client's site but I'm really confused how to use this software. That's why I ask refund and I'm still waiting confirmation from Styx.
This is the first time I bought this software and I don't read the license terms before buying this software because I can't find it in the sales page. I have talked to him in PM and said I'm sorry for not knowing about this.
I'm still waiting the OP to reply my last PM.
i've already replied to you via PM and email.
I tried the demo and found the software pick random line from main-ads.txt instead of using it as a whole item, so if I insert a php snippet into main-ads.txt I would not get the results. I can only do it by insert it to template but this make it less flexible. Thoughts?
if you put it in main-ads.txt you have to make the php code a 1-liner then it shouldn't be an issue.
codes are picked from that file randomly (each line a new ad code), but for more control there is also support for CSV files.
however the demo is only based on version 1.8.0 and latest is 1.9.4 which already has more features for the CSV support.
edit: or did you mean you just want to use 1 code instead of randomly selecting different ones? then simply just add 1 code to main-ads.txt and make sure its all on the same line :)
This is my honest review after I bought the software:
For newbie like me I suggest you read the TOS first before buying this software. To master this software you need long learning curve. I regret I don't read the TOS before buying this software and I lost $200+ because I can ask refund for this software.
I read the manual and do some test to scrap articles and it takes long to get the articles you want based on your keyword. Even you use only 1 search engine, the worst thing if you use proxies to use Google as your main search engine, it takes longer than you expected.
I suggest you think twice before buying this software. You need to spend more time to learn and master this software.
There are some good content creation software out there that's good enough and state very clearly about the terms and refund policy below the buy button of sales page. Every time you want to buy the software you can find the terms which can educate people that want to buy for the first time.
blackheat you did not read the terms before you bought which are available on our website and were even shown to you on the purchase page first aswell as when installing where you agreed. you could have declined and contacted us, but you choose to agree the terms.
also you wrote this:
"Maybe in the future I will try this software because I don't have time to
learn deep about the technical things how to operate the software."
and:
"I don't have much time to learn and understand how the software works because I have a website projectthat I have to build this month. I don't just set up website but I do research keywords,
write the contents, build backlinks, and so on... I can't spare my time everyday to learn how to operate the software"
well if you are unwilling to learn a program, why do you buy it in the frst place? you can't expect that everything works instantly without a learning curve. i offered you to help you get started, but you have "no time" so well if you are too lazy to learn and you don't read the terms before you buy, then its not the fault of the software!
