yes of course it can build 50k relevant pages. it can even create 100k or much more if you want.

the wordpress themes can be mobile friendly, as it takes them from the official wordpress repository. you can also easily change to a new random theme with the click of a button.

a vps or even dedi would be best, but you can also use shared hosting with pre installed wordpress for example. it can also create static html websites, so any hosting where you can upload html would work.

i don't know who that is, but i'm pretty sure its got much less features as sofar all tools i've seen that automate wordpress use xml import or email posting and are just able to create posts. argo can do a lot more, it logs in to wordpress and can change the settings, install plugins/themes, add posts/pages, update wordpress etc etc. also i've created the first version of argo for myself in 2010 and only released it in 2011 semi privately on bhseos.com as friends there asked me to release the tool as i told them about it. ever since i keep adding to it when i find the time. by now there is no other tool on the market today that has the same features. there are a few html site generators, but again non of them have the same features or nearly as many as argo.

@SeoMagician: its on the todo list, also support for other CMS than wordpress. there are a lot more features coming up. new features are constantly being added and there are also plugins available! :)
