It does need VPN to be opened yes and I do provide the VPN along the account.

As for guarentee of not getting closed it totally depends on your landing page and what u promote ^^

Once I will increase the price to 25$ it will come with a coupon (if they will work fine). I am trying to find a reliable coupon provider that don't sell "fake coupons" that get accounts banned.
