It's cool that a services like these even exists. I purchased one $20 account. I waited several days to use it, and when I did I had to do a phone verify, which the OP gives instructions on how to fix. I verified the account, and logged in. The funds were in there just as promised. I loaded up some keywords and have sense used up all the funds. I'm currently ordering more.

OK! Probably am the only one who took a lot of time before deciding to write a review. So here it is:
Purchased 2 accounts so far, could use the first one till like around $12 or so was left out and the present one still has around $39 in it. The transaction was smooth and AM VERY HAPPY with my purchases. This guy is a gem! He knows what he is doing and also understands what his buyers are looking for when ordering accounts. And the reason why I say that is because he is familiar with Internet Marketing and am sure he rakes in good money himself :) Trust me guys, you should go for this, period! If the fact that the accounts are safe isn't good enough for you, trust me, his support is top notch, 10/10! EVERY CONCERN I HAD WAS ADDRESSED! And he is one heck of a guy! I have like over 5 campaigns running in the second account and have managed to make 100% ROI on my purchases. For all I care, am gonna be his loyal customer :)

So bing introduced phone verification. Will be accepting new orders soon ^^ give me sometime to figure the new bing system out.
EDIT: Okay it has been fixed now would just wait 24h more to make some more accounts to give it a fully test on this. They think the protections they implement can stop me eh. LAME.
if they ban the ad account, will they ban the website to be used with other new ads accounts ?
and what is the difference if i buy a bing ads account with or without impressions ?
