You do know I still havent stopped my friend is helping me out now.

Just a quick question. Why would I pick the $30 option over the $20 one? I know that the $30 option has impressions which means as soon as I load a campaign it will start (warranting the $10 extra fee), can you guarantee that if I follow your rules and use your VPN that I should have no problems loading my campaigns onto the $20 option though? Also, with regards to people getting banned. Did they mention anything about loading the exact same campaign onto multiple accounts? This can be a problem.

IT is just what u told above ^^

You should not have any problems adding your own site by following my rules in the readme file I provide along the account.

As for the last question: some did not listen to me or did not read the readme file correctly. You can promote the same campaign on the 2nd account no problem I have been doing it for sometime now as long as it complies with bing ad guidelines.
