Then it is possible to create sub accounts (yes this is a normal account).

I always create new accounts and usually wait 24 - 48h to get impressions then I send it over to the customers ^^

It does need VPN to be opened yes and I do provide the VPN along the account.

As for guarentee of not getting closed it totally depends on your landing page and what u promote ^^
