Hi, your ticket was responded to with the full access details of your purchase. Our system sent out an email with the same access details when you purchased the plugin as well.

I am not sure why the emails are not arriving with you. I have replied to your PM with the ID of your ticket so you can access the ticket at the support desk where the full access details of your plugin have also been posted.

Hi, from the information in your post it's very difficult to pin point the exact issue but I am willing to bet that it will be because the plugin you have is an older version which requires updating.

If the update isn't showing as available in your WP Admin plugins page then please open a ticket at http://webuildtools.com/helpdesk/ stating the issue and your license key. We can generate you a download link for the latest version.
