Hi, your ticket was responded to with the full access details of your purchase. Our system sent out an email with the same access details when you purchased the plugin as well.

Hi, from the information in your post it's very difficult to pin point the exact issue but I am willing to bet that it will be because the plugin you have is an older version which requires updating.
