Hi, the support desk isn't staffed 24/7 but they don't leave anyone waiting 48 hours for a reply to a ticket. They do have a maximum reply window of 24 hours as we deem that the max amount of time for someone to receive a reply.

If you have provided them with the information they require to troubleshoot the issue they can then get on with resolving your specific issue. Please bear in mind that in the same way that you may not be online to instantly reply to them, they may also not be online the instant that you are and this is what can make it seem like they're taking a while to respond to you.

Rest assured support will respond with a resolution to the issue and full explanation of what and why.
