Please use this TSR Tutorial.

I paid for it on 4th November 2017 and got a faulty trial and a license.There is an error that it does not connect to their sever and therefore cannot be installed.I am not getting any help whatsoever.I have sent 2 tickets with screen shots of the error asking for a working software but still no response.
