Have to post my honest review of the product and service.
- One of the worst licensing functions in the industry. You cant have an enjoyable experience if your
having to beg for a license every other day or week.
- The function of the product is easy to use, but annoying to re-license every other day hence makes
usinng the bot not fun at all.
- The function of the bot is fairly generic in nature that is simulates tasks that can be done manually.
But because it simulates these tasks it supposed to make it convenient. HOWEVER, because your
having to re-license every other day, every other week, its totally makes the system or bot
counter productive.
- Wheree as I do think the bot has serious potential, your guys license system makes the product
not worth anyones time.
Based on the the annoyance of licensing, I give it 5-10 stars based on user expereince. 7-10 for
function and ease of use. 8-10 for doing its job as stated in the videos.
Overall 6.5 Stars out of 10.
I would love to give a better review but using has become annoying.. thanks though.

Thanks for your detailed review. however, most of your points above talking about license procedure. Hence I will talk regarding the same in this post. Well for your information, this licensing feature is helpful to TSR buyers only; TSR license is bound to your hardware and OS, hence if there is any change in either hardware or OS OR if TSR cannot access to licensing service you might face invalidating the license. We have made licensing feature like this to fight with crackers. Also there are more than 200 TSR users and except you, we never got this type of complaints of licensing issues; of course if users had changes to their OS/hardware they will have to make activation request to let us generate new license for you.
I suspect if there is no OS or hardware change then it must be your internet/firewall/virus/malware/adware which is causing issues to let TSR connects to licensing service. Please create a support ticket and one of our support executive will check your pc remotely and resolve the issue if any.
