You remember that you sell your software licenses for one year. And your software is more than one month without work. Not believe it's necessary to explain that, or is necessary?

Your software only ran a few days after purchase, then failure.

Sandy567 said that they would compose the failure and this is how you have made me lose a month of my time.

Is obvious that you do not give me my refund.

You need to understand that if you buy/use any software that automates 3rd party services like in TSR case YouTube Live Event, these softwares obviously depend on 3rd Part service and if that 3rd Party service makes any changes, the software vendor needs to make changes in the software to accommodate these changes and it takes time. Sometimes if 3rd party service removes that feature which was being automated, obviously automating software won't work!

YouTube made significant changes this time to their HTML structure, and introduced stream now feature because of that we had to make major changes to our software and finally provided the fixed version after proper testing.

FYI, we have started working on including chrome/firefox in the next release just in case youtube is not functioning on some IE instances and to remove this dependency on any browser!

Why do we do all the improvements? Obviously to retain our software users and provide the best software services. Refund is not possible due to the reason that you have tried and tested the service, have the working license and if we are yet correcting that issues to provide the support! We provide the best support however since Sandy is no more available for support along with one another support staff without my knowledge, TSR support was not responding to any support ticket!
I have corrected this now and new support staff has been deployed to again provide the best support to TSR users.
Hope you understand and start using the software; we will add 2 more months to your subscription if that makes you happy to use TSR. Let us know.
And you had to spend a month so tell me that?

Problems with your personnel and administrative matters are your business, correct yourself.

The case is that here, I published the problem more than one month ago. And nobody solved it so far, no one notice anything.

Many times I saw connected to Sandy567 and you. I sent PM to Sandy567 and you also, and no one answered in a month. How you intend that to happen unnoticed.

You've failed, your support failed, your software failed. What do you want to do?

That was already made, you don't can delete it. I am a dissatisfied customer. There is nothing you can do about it.

However you add those two months to my subscription, if there is someone that interests to transfer my license it is possible that it likes.

End of the dispute, stay with that.

I don't want to come back here and having to waste my time answering you.

P.S: Add those two months to my license as you've said it.

You are NOT allowed to transfer your license to anybody else rather you can transfer your license to any other PC of yours. Also, we can add 2 months subscription to your account ONLY if you intend to use the software.
