Apologies for the inconvenience you had. The hosting provider was having some issues at their end which was causing issues to some of the software users.
We are now working to move hosting to another VPS and we will get back to you on this ASAP.
Please check after some time. If it doesn't work even after 2-4 hours, please let me know.
