Is it workable: Yes it is workable and i have ranked sites by using the suite alone. Then again there are many factors that you need to learn in order to get your keyword on the top. So, not just the tool but also content, keywords that you pick, competition, etc.

compliance with Google requirements: I dont give a F*** what G requires, so can't really answer that.

I hope i help you decide whether or not you buy this software.

I just wanna say about "compliance with Google requirements" If you want to follow google guidelines you should create a site and pray god that you willl rank. Any move to obtain a backlink is against google guidelines in theory
