Iam sorry to disappoint you,its not my fault,cause of today more sites integrate with new google iam not robot captchas and google hidden captchas,where the DBC,De-captcher is not able to solve these.But 2captcha is solve this captchas,it solve without browser emulation including new google hidden captcha too.

Is your Google indexing tool sold separately? Also, would the end user have to create multiple Gmail accounts and submit a limited number of backlinks at a time?

Yes,you need gmail accounts,you can limit how many links to submit per account,here is the screenshot of the tool
