i have few questions :)

1. How many times should we bookmark and submit Links to web 2.0 blogs,
one URL and on how many different bookmarking sites / web 2.0s?
2. What about " unique content / keywords" when the software submit to
25 bookmarking sites at one time?

1.for Bookmarking Software - 1 URL,most sites wont accept duplicate submissions,For Blog Submitter,You can submit as much as you can.

2.Unique Content/Keywords?Can you be more specific on this question.
