Just now visited their main site, client area, WHM, cPanel, both the domains I have hosted there, edited a page in the live editor and all appears to be fine and quite zippy in my reseller hosting with the OP.

I actually didn't read much of the reviews but I will consider the review made by smithnowt. From the other thread, I knew smithnowt always told the truth and never sided any BSO owner.

Guys, if you have any problems, just be patient with them. They will solve it out sooner or later. And you can see freeblackhat was been answered all the questions at the BSO thread.

Once things solved, your hosting will run without any issue. But, my comment is based at reseller hosting, not VPS :)

Hints: Since your ticket will be answered, closed it even without/with a solution after the half day, and reopen to a new ticket to get the acknowledgment.
