Even if we have a downtime, Is this mean you will start attacking us :) ( You can't because our clients only can do this ) but unfortunately we hav 100% Uptime without no issues...

I hope the moderators will help with this. I went again through all the communication I have had with you and I have all my emails and messages saved. I bought the host from you on Dec 13 , 2016 and problems started to show up just 2 weeks later. After a month the servers were down and they remained down after days of trying to connect with a lame support team that were not able to understand what was the problem with their own servers.

Our server don't have this much downtime ever!

I'm sure these issues were from your side, Our web hosting company was hosted on the same server you are posting tickets that there is issues with your website!! not

I remember your issue it wasn't with downtime , it was because of you haven't received the hosting details or something like that.
