There isn't a way to search for the moderators of this forum that I'm aware of. The only moderators I can think of at the moment are lala and NonConformer. If you find one of their posts, then you can email them just like you email anybody else. The quickest way to email lala, is to go to the BestBlackHatForum Special Offers Forum section. Lala is the one that tells the seller "Make sure this is your own product". When you see any of her posts there, then just email her.

StillStanding's advice really worked. When I sent lala a PM she upgraded me in about 24 hours! It doesn't seem to matter how active or not you are, as I have seen members with 0 reps and yet they have been upgraded.

I much never paid attention to the reps members have, but after reading this post I started to look at the reps of various members. The system really has a serious flaw, as I saw one member have over 1,000 reps and yet they are still at the basic level.

Surely someone has notified the moderators about this but perhaps the mods attitude is "if you want to be upgraded tell us, otherwise we really don't care."

If you get upgraded to uploader you'll have the ability to edit your posts. With the amount of posts you have you should have been upgraded a long time ago. Send that email!:)
