Old method? Surely its the "classic" method of all business.
Person has problem. Seeks problem solver. Expects to pay for problem to be resolved. Do not expect people to know the nuts and bolts of domains and hosting. They do not. Keep your expectation realistic. 500 clients paying you $200/year is a $100,000 a year business! BUT if it was that easy. 50 clients year one $10k/yr less than one a week. As your craft improves you can scale it up and people will seek you out. The money is is in retention and continuous payment. Another factor is hosting. The money is in owning the hosting. First law of business: own the freehold! Being paid $10k to learn your craft? |

Tried this before using hostgator affiliate - It takes 3 months to clear your affiliate earnings.
And some clients for some reasons will just get their hosting and domain without clicking on your affiliate link. Tons of messages, comments, and signups that ghosts on you afterwards. But it was a great source of fun, I did it as hobby then. Nice concept. |

Nice method...Nice Idea about posting on facebook giveaway.
Personally I was doing it and i earned a lot of money with.... I just change one thing and I sold my clients Hosting/Domain as Reseller... Also I charged them liek $10-15 per month per hosting.. Guys must try and stop asking if he made money with! |
