This forum is also for sharing experiences and warning OTHER forums members about products that don't perform as they say. Mods... please let me know if this is not the case and you want our members to be deceived and walk into something blindly and I'll stop posting... but I think everyone should know what type of support to expect.

The problem still isn't fixed... and still no world from them on the support ticket. They can come here and tell me to shut up... and get mods to delete my former posts but they can't bother fix the problem or even respond to the HIGH priority ticket.

Now for something helpful - I actually managed to get an SENukeX campaign going even with the license issue, which seems to mostly affect the downloading of hotmail accounts. I tried (unsuccessfully) to create accounts with hotmail and yahoo through SENuke... until... I disabled automatic captcha solving. With that disabled, I was able to manually enter the captcha and create the accounts.

So if anyone else experiences this issue, you can try that. I don't know what other modules may be affected by the license issue, but there's a workaround for the emails.

I see I was mistaken... either the mods are getting kickbacks and want this type of terrible support to go unnoticed or they just don't give a crap about members since they are deleting messages.

Guess who WON'T be ever donating to this site again. I'm regretting becoming a VIP if this is the way they treat you.

I agree that their support is crap. 36-48 hour response on a high priority ticket is abyssmal, but I will say that their SENukeX license is not cracked. It's a legit license - you can download hotmail accounts from them and I don't know of ANY crack that allows you to do that. In fact, one of my main complaints is that the license must be share across MANY, MANY users because there is a limit (1000) on the number of hotmail accounts you can actually download in a week and we hit it. I know I didn't hit it on my own. And apparently, there is no workaround.

That means, spending an extra 15 minutes trying to create accounts for each campaign.


I certainly won't defend their (nonexistant) support, but I haven't had any issues with their licenses - well, when they're working. They seem to have tons of issues with the SENuke license lately... and TBS... although, I will admit, I've had TBS issues on my own systems - so that may not be their fault.

The issue with Senuke has been resolved. Fix is being rolled out on all servers as We speak. As for the email allocation. We would obviously not go into the details of how We license our programs. But a normal license of Senuke will get 105 premade accounts per week. Our allowance is 1000. Those 1000 are not shared by as many users as you would think.
But We will be also getting that allowance increased shortly.

I wanted to come in and say that BHSVPS and the Traffik Buster team have made an agreement. They temporally took down Traffik Buster while we do some housekeeping. They owned a legit license that was later revoked due to customers of them asking for support they didn't deserve as they were customers of BHSVPS not Traffik Buster customer. We have worked all issues out with sudo and they will get their license back once the version 4 comes out here in a few weeks. It might be a limited version thought as we have to keep the integrity of our customers that paid full price for this awesome tool.

The rumors of it being fixed have been greatly exaggerated.

I can't validate that the mail issue is fixed since now I'm getting "Unable to validate license". Are you SURE this is a legit version? There seems to be an inordinate number of issues with the "legit" version...

As far as mail accounts go... if you figure that 1 person runs 2 campaigns per day. Each campaign uses 3 profiles. That's 6 mail accounts per day per user. That's 42 accounts per person, per week - that's ALOT of users if you are running out (200 x 50 = 1000, so you'd have to have 200+ users per license). OR... because of all the issues with SENuke on your servers, I wonder if they create the profiles, then the campaign fails or SENuke dies and then they create another campaign, using up another 3-6 licenses. If that happens more than once per day... you could chew through a lot of licenses.

Sorry but you might have misunderstood. Allow me to explain. "Rolled out" means
We are going through each server one at a time.
And as for your math input.
To be perfectly honest, We don't know WTF customers use the allowance on. It could be one campaign per day using 3 hotmails, could be doing 20 fiverr gigs each day using 60 hotmails. Hell they could be even pulling all the hotmails they can and just selling them alone.
We do not monitor user activity on servers. That information is private to them.


I have already explained that We now have protection in place for our licenses due to competitors trying to kill them. And our setup of protection was interfering with Senuke startup.
Did you update your senuke today? I did. First crack I have heard of that can do that.
