Looks like its time to take them up on their "guaranteed 24 hour setup" refund policy..

Ordered VPS on 6th of August; service not setup yet. Created support ticket on same day and updated on 8th, no reply; pinging on skype, no reply!! Here is ticket id #712230. Totally embarrassed!!

This has become SCAM Service, the VPS is not yet activated, there is no reply on PayPal and even on Skype. I would request moderators to ban this user and close this thread!
