Can you have someone look at my server? It's stuck on the provisioning tool... just waiting to load user data... it's been like that for HOURS. I put a trouble ticket in over 3.5 hours ago and it's still at the same spot.

VPS has been down for over a week now, meaning none of the applications work on the servers. I received an update about 5+ days ago about the problem, but no updates as of yet.
I'd personally like to know if were getting full credit and more for the downtime and when the expected opening date will be.............even if it's an approximation. |

I am now on my 5th hour of being completely unable to access my server. I cannot run ANYTHING because your provisioning tool is locked up!
Geez... how long does it take someone to remote a virtual server?! No communication either... even on a high priority ticket... except to say "try it now"... SAME THING... did they actually DO something or is that a canned response?! LOUSY SUPPORT!

Thanks for your offer! $30 is not a big amount for Xrumer, Senuke xCr,Sick 4, Scrapbox, AMR, Traffic Buster package. This package is really affordable and cheap. Your define software have great demand and you arranged these on one package that is easily affordable in this price. Thanks for it!
