If ever our vps goes down its for upgrades or cool down. Happens maybe once every 2 months for about 4 hours. This would be standard procedure with all servers. They can not run eternally. All customers are notified 2-3 days in advance. Can you quote from where you got that information? You can pm it to me if you think your are breaking rules here by mentioning source.

The VPS specs are mentioned already in the thread. But here they are again for you.

2Ghz, 2Gbram 100mbit Internet, 1Gbps Port

You can run as many apps as you can squeeze out of that. Apps like Senuke and Xrumer would be big in Ram juice, So dont expect to get those 2 running full whack with much else running well also. Drop one or both of them from running. And Id say you could easily run 4-6 apps without a problem.

Files are uploaded by FTP. Thats fairly straight forward. Linklists are text files and I couldnt see where someone would have an issue with that. Could you also quote from where you got that information? You can pm it to me if you think your are breaking rules here by mentioning source.

I think it would be only fair to let the potential customers know that you no longer offer the scrapebox software even for the offers that advertise that you do. I hope that you fix this soon.

Sorry I think wherever you got that information from is a little misinformed. Scrapebox went down for us yesterday. Almost all servers that where effected are being put back up now as We speak.

Scrapebox is available on our servers. And always will be so long as is seen a an asset to SEO.

No need for anyone to worry . We had a little injen glitch that We removed without much trouble.

I am a user and you would not estimate when this would be fixed and encouraged me to purchase my own scrapebox software as you were not sure when this would be up and running again on your server. If it is being fixed now then that is great. Wish you would have let me know when I asked earlier. So I hopefully will have access to it today or tomorrow?

Yes by way of fast support to all of our customers We did make the offer to all users who needed their Scrapebox immediately. That if they purchased their own license We would reimburse them for any costs they incurred. This was to give an immediate resolution to the problem for clients who used SB intensively.
If you where one of those who purchased dont worry. Drop over to us on the support channel and We will happily purchase the license back from you.
