You are correct about the email but not the issues. Mobile placement problems have been delayed until future.

I was planning to request a refund. I wonder if they will actually make it work the way it was supposed to, even on mobile. They said the mobile update would be within 1 day. This is the email they sent out:

Rrrrrrrrrrright... They are avoiding refunds like the plague, and the only way to get through to them is to escalate, I suppose. What do we need to do next, change our hosting provider maybe? d*** liars!
