LOL! :) I'm a Filipino living in Canada.. I must say that having my fellow Filipinos work for me in my IM business (both offline and online) is very efficient.. I'm not being biased here but yes, if you treat and compensate them well then you can have your whole business run on a semi auto pilot mode! They're freaking hard workers and not to mention the labor is very cost efficient too! PM me if any of you guys are interested to hire some honest and hardworking Filipinos as VAs..
