The reason why I'm giving it here is it's got some good information on indexing in it, and would recommend you take a look regardless of if you're thinking of getting WP Indexer or not. (Free, no opt-in).

vouch copy? I mean I know wp indexer works like a charm as long as you have an updated list of site, but since you altered some codes who knows right? also what if the owner finds out you made modification on his/her software? or did i get you wrong , you're the owner of this hahaa

Thanks for the comment, I've got loads of new features planned as well.
I'm working on injecting unindexed post links into RSS feeds for the next update, which will help even more.
