i just tried v2.8.2, it is still working, but i prefer to use v2.8.5, because it can be supported to direct copy content. if you can resume v2.8.5 to working in normal?

1st post is not yielding positive result then you can just download the portable version of WAC 2.85 here:

I already tried BlackNinjx released but failed. Tried the portable version by Bestwriter here, the application loaded successfully. But when i did try to scrape the articles for a keyword, there's only 1 article and this dialog box:
"The following URLs had a problem :
Go article url 1
go article url 2
and so on..
google.com url 1
google.com url 2
google.com url 3
and so on..
You can try these url again later.. "
Is there any specific settings that i should apply or is it because i don't use any proxies?

Thanks for getting back here for success and challenge regarding the Portable version.
Your reply made me run my own copy of WAC in order to ascertain what the pros might be I don't think there is need for extra settings for WAC to download, though the use of VPN (or proxy) may help the download rate and success.This is bcs it helps me personally in getting high success rate anytime I run WAC.
See below two different screen shorts of 'download without VPN or Proxy':
1st is 324 articles,
2nd under 1oo articles.
Pls anybody that uses 'Portable Version' with or without ease should let others know their encounters (be it positive or -ve).

Thank you for your reply. After looking at your screenshot, something occurred to me. Maybe my keyword that i am using does not have plenty of articles around. Which is kind of odd since in Market Samurai or any other keyword software i used showed that there are a lot of sites ranking for that specific keywords! However, i thought of trying for other keywords that i am sure there will be a lot of articles around. So i typed in weight loss and voila 300++ articles downloaded!
So the software works, but could not find the articles for the keyword that i am targeting. Which is kinda odd i might say.

You may be right... can you please still try that "keyword" with it again and see if WAC can generate articles for it ?

your copy is also not working, i just tested it, also jumped an alert"system can't find target file", then jumped "server error" later, i afraid current just v2.8.2 is working.
