You've already read wiraha's description to version 2.0 so all I can add is this is essentially a Master's Course in email (not to mention human motivation at the most profound level). If you don't grab BOTH of these, you are a, well, you can figure it out for yourself. MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION
